These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Nell 4K Wallpaper (the “Application”) and this product website. By installing or using the Application, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application or the website.
The service
Nell 4K Wallpaper is a free Android application that lets you browse still wallpapers by category, preview them, set them as Home screen and/or Lock screen wallpaper, save them to your device gallery, keep a local favorites list, and share an image through the Android share sheet. No account is required.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features, categories, and images may change when you install an update.
License to use the app
Nell 4K Wallpaper grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Android devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or redistribute the Application except as allowed by applicable law. You may not use the Application to build a competing wallpaper catalog or to scrape, bulk-download, or commercially redistribute the catalog.
Wallpaper content
Wallpapers shown in the Application are provided so that you can preview them and, using the in-app actions, set them on your device, save a copy to your gallery, favorite them locally, or share an individual image. That is a personal-use license only. It does not transfer ownership of the images or of the Application.
You are responsible for how you use a wallpaper after you save or share it, including any further sharing you do outside the Application.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Application only in ways that are lawful where you live.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the content servers or bypass technical limits.
- Do not use the Application in any way that infringes other people’s rights.
Privacy
How the Application handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you also acknowledge that policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that wallpaper images will always load, that setting wallpaper will succeed on every device or launcher, or that the Application will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nell 4K Wallpaper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, device settings, or profits, arising from your use of the Application or this website. Total liability for any claim relating to the Application or website will not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (which is zero if you obtained it free of charge).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the above limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Application or this website at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms if we post them with a new effective date.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be restricted if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses you already used for personal copies on your device, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

This website describes Nell 4K Wallpaper for customers and for store listing purposes. It is not an additional paid service. Content on the website may lag behind a given app version.
